Louth County Council has announced the completion of 13 new, high-quality social housing units at our Boice Court (Phase 2) development at Mell, Drogheda.

Built by ML Quinn Construction Ltd, these units are the first of 72 new social houses to be delivered on the project, which is funded by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage.

The units, which consist of five two-bed apartments, six three-bed houses and two four-bed houses, will be allocated via the Choice Based Letting portal.

These new homes represent another significant step forward in addressing local housing needs and supporting families in our community.
