The movers and shakers of the Drogheda business community gathered at the Highlanes Gallery yesterday for the launch of the Drogheda and District Chamber’s Northeast Business Excellence Awards.

If you are in business, whether on your own or with others, this is your chance to be part of the biggest and best networking event in the region this year with the gala awards night taking place in the CityNorth Hotel on November 9th.

And what’s more – your company or business could be declared the best in the region by claiming one of the 18 awards up for grabs.

The awards have become a key part of the business calendar with many great names and firms honoured down the years. Flogas is the premier partner for the event.

“The awards have a simple message and goal and that’s to reward excellence. There are so many great businesses out there and this is their moment to shine. Get entering and get winning,” Chamber CEO Hubert Murphy stated. Entry to the awards is free of charge and open to all small, medium, or large enterprises.

There are six new categories this year, including workplace of the year, Young Entrepreneur and Best Shop Front.

“There is truly something for everyone in these awards. It’s a perfect chance to profile your business and engage with the public and our great chamber team,” Hubert added.

Entries are open at www.droghedachamber.ie  and close on September 9th.

The Chamber is offering those entering the opportunity to take part in a quick guideline to the application process on August 13 at 9.30am (online).
