Niall McCreanor became the first-ever Social Democrat election nominee in Louth as he confirmed his candidacy for the Local Elections in the Ardee Local Electoral Area (LEA).

Having served as Chairperson of the Louth Branch for three years, McCreanor brings a wealth of experience to his candidacy.

His involvement on the national council of the Social Democrats has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the party's policies, making him well-prepared to address the unique challenges facing the Ardee LEA.
