Councillor Stephen McKee.
South Drogheda and East Meath Councillor Stephen McKee will host a 'Study Skills Seminar' next Tuesday, February 18th at 7.30pm in the Glenside Hotel.
This event is for both Junior and Leaving Cert students and their families. McKee, a Secondary School Teacher himself, will be joined by former School Principal Michael Bond in delivering the seminar.
“I am really looking forward to offering this seminar to all local Junior and Leaving Cert students and their parents” McKee said.
“With most students having finished their mock exams, it is an important time for them to start planning their study over the next few months before the final exams in June.

“I am delighted that Michael Bond has agreed to attend as guest speaker. Michael is a former School Principal and regularly gives talks in schools all around the country.
“Michael will offer practical advice to students on the most effective study practices and how to develop study plans. He will also give guidance on how best to cope with the pressure and stress of the exams.
“The event is free of charge and is open to all members of the public. I encourage all to attend” concluded McKee.
