Section 75 Roads Act, 1993

(Roads Regulations 1994) 

Louth County Council hereby gives notice of its decision to close; 

The R899 Greenhills Villas Drogheda between Cord Road and L2307 Greenhills (Beaulieu Mews) to vehicular traffic to facilitate Irish Water constructing a new foul sewer.                                                                                              

The extent of the road closure will be from the junction of L2307 Greenhills (Beaulieu Mews) to the junction with Cord Road. 

The road closure will be from 8.00hrs on Saturday, 20^th May 2023, to 17.00hrs on Friday, 2^nd June 2023. 

Local and emergengy access will be maintained at all times. 

Diversions for traffic will be via L2307 Greenhills (Beaulieu Mews), Newtown Link Road, Newfoundwell Road and Bredlin Street OR alternatively R167 North Strand Road, Constitution Hill, Francis Street, Scarlet Street and Bredlin Street.
