Network Ireland Louth held an open night for members and non-members in Creative Spark earlier this week to provide attendees with an opportunity to make an Elevator Pitch on their businesses.
(For those not into jargon an “elevator pitch” is a short description of an idea, product or company that explains the concept in a way such that any listener can understand it in a short period of time.)
The Business Woman of the Year Awards, the annual awards that recognise the achievements of women on both a regional and national level, were also launched on the night.
Network Ireland Louth, President, Carmel McCarthy spoke of the variety of talent present and how businesses could be further developed from support within the network, particularly through the Mentorship programme, which is available free to members of Network Ireland.
