Meath GAA Legend Sean Boylan will be a guest speaker at the annual Living with Cancer Conference for those impacted by cancer and their friends/families this Saturday, September 21st in the City North Hotel.
Organised by NECRET and staff in the Oncology Unit, Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, the event is held in a relaxed and friendly environment and is intended to be an uplifting experience where attendees and health professionals can comfortably engage.
Those attending will receive updates on the various types of cancer from leading experts in the treatment and care of the disease including Professor Bryan Hennessy, Dr Reem Salman and Professor Liam Gallagher.
Information will be also shared by experts in their fields including emotional wellness, nutrition, exercise, sleep and finance just to name a few topics.

Meath GAA Legend Sean Boylan someone who has experienced cancer himself will be a guest speaker with Vice President of the European Parliament Mairead McGuinness opening the Conference which is open to the public from 1.30pm. All are very welcome to attend.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the afternoon, with those attending able to avail of complimentary therapy workshops and will be entered into an excellent free prize draw.
There is no charge for entry, tickets are available in advance from the Oncology Unit in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, the Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre and Cara Cancer Support Centre, Dundalk.
