Food for thought at Network Louth "Minding the Entrepreneur" Event

The three speakers at a recent Network Ireland Louth event entitled ‘Minding the Entrepreneur’, Noeleen Malone, Chloe Litchfield and Denise Wogan, gave their audience much food for thought on how to achieve harmony in their lives. 

Topics discussed included everything from looking after your energy, to decluttering your space, to eating the right food and looking after your nervous system was discussed.

Noeleen Malone runs her own Integrative Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture and Women’s Health Clinic in Blackrock and gave plenty of tips on looking after our most valuable assets of time and energy. 

Chloe Litchfield is an approved CPD certified Professional Organiser and Decluttering expert who helps busy Mums transform their home environment.  She gave advice on creating safe spaces in our homes to create a calm and harmonious environment for ourselves and our families.   

Denise Wogan is a nutritional therapist who uses a unique blend of coaching and psychotherapy to help transform the lives of her clients.  Denise advised on eating mindfully, knowing when we are full, and watching the stressors that lead us to eat in the wrong way. 

There was a great interaction with many questions from the audience and all present felt that they could do with the services of these three very knowledgeable entrepreneurs.  Everyone agreed that we all have to make the changes to nurture our mind, body, and home to bring more balance into our lives.  To find out more about these three remarkable ladies go to:
