The Duleek, Bellewstown and District Community Facility (DBDCF) Project “Buy a Block campaign” got a big injection of funds this week when it received a cheque for €50,000!!

The cheque was donated by the Duleek & District Athletics Club who fundraised for the much needed community facility in the area.

“We are delighted to receive such a large sum of money from a local club” said DBDCF Chairman, Oliver Cudden.

“It just shows you what the community can do when they pull together for a worthy cause. We will be using this money to complete phase One, Two and Four of the build. We are very grateful to Duleek & District Athletics Club for their fundraising efforts.”
