Drogheda woman Katie Howard is one of four accountancy students at AccountancySchool.ie to have won top placements in the world at an event in Dublin last week.
AccountancySchool.ie, one of Ireland’s leading providers of ACCA (Association of Certified Chartered Accountants) courses, has marked the outstanding achievement of Irish and international students who have completed their studies at the school.
Some 54 students achieved a top 1st placement in Ireland and four, including Katie, have achieved a similar first placement globally. To put those achievements in context, there were 88,564 students who sat the March ACCA exams across the globe and there are some 542,000 ACCA students in the World.
