Drogheda Institute of Further Education (DIFE) is delighted to offer the National Sales Apprenticeship programme commencing on the 24th January 2024.

This programme was designed by a consortia of sales industry partners with the goal being to deliver committed, adaptable and ambitious individuals into the sales sector.

The Sales Apprenticeship programme is an excellent tool to attract and retain key talent within business. Employers are successfully using the programme to upskill existing sales staff and to train new staff who wish to embark on a career in sales.

With an “earn and learn” model, the programme is designed to empower apprentices with underpinning knowledge, skills and competencies required to become an effective employee in this dynamic sector.

The Sales Apprenticeship course is open to a wide range of employers, across all industry sectors, both large and small firms, on a national basis.

Key features of the pprogramme are:

• FREE -No training costs to the employer/apprentice
• 2-year programme leading to a Level 6 QQI Major Award
• Designed by industry to suit industry needs
• €4000 employer grant for the employer available per apprentice
• 13 industry-focused subjects
• Suitable for all industries
• Suitable for existing employees and new hires
• The apprentice continues to work full-time in the business and attends classes (2hrs online per week + 2 classroom days every 6-8 weeks)
