Ace AC's Shea O'Donnell representing Ireland at the 2024 European Championships.
Having recently purchased their own site in Galroostown-Sandpit County Louth, which they will develop in the coming years as a top class training facility for their dedicated young athletes to enjoy, Drogheda's Ace Athletics Club is open for new members.
If you have children interested in trying Athletics, Ace AC has specialist coaches for sprinters, middle distance runners, and field events.
In the past two years, three Ace Athletes have qualified for the European athletics championships. They were Neil Culhane, Shea O'Donnell, and Lorcàn Forde Dunne. This is an extraordinary feat for any club as the tournament is the peak of European Youth Athletes.
Many other Ace athletes have become seasoned internationals, representing Ireland across Europe over the past few years. Other athletes have secured international college scholarships in the US.
