Steam Train coming to Drogheda

The Railway Preservation Society of Ireland will be holding two shuttle journeys from Drogheda Railway Station on Sunday July 23rd.

The first train will travel to Dundalk and back then there will be a second shuttle to Skerries and back.

These “Down Memory Lane trips have become very popular family events in recent years and always sell out well in advance.

The return fare for adults is €14 and €8 for children under 16. Tickets go on sale from Drogheda Tourist Office, in the Tholsel, West Street from 2 pm on Tuesday May 30th.

Those intending on booking tickets are requested to have the correct amount when purchasing tickets.
